The estimator who came to the house walked through the entire property with us, including the detached 2 car garage where the hot water heater is located. He fully explained the entire process to us, and everything done was what and how he said it would be done. The team who did the actual work were amazing! They worked in perfect sync together, like they had done this thousands of times! They were not only knowledgeable about what they were doing, but also very considerate and courteous to us while they were in our home. They worked efficiently and replaced the old leaking copper pipe with PEX pipe within the timeline we were given. The drywall team came in and repaired/textured the walls to match. "Very happy with the entire process. This is a house with pipes from the 60s, and we wanted to repipe everything before it became urgent. We had a short window for the project. Repipe Specialists gave us a fair estimate (more than some others, but the estimate included patching all of the dry walls when done which weren't in the other bids), set up financing, did all of the work in a day or two, and then coordinated with the city to make sure they would be there during the inspection. And then sealed up everything to complete the job. Everything was smooth, and now we're happy to have dependable pipes in the house."
